We do not accept return or exchange or provide refund. All pieces are brand new.

IF , you receive a damaged item we will replace it for you after the item is send back to us. (Inform us within 24 hours of receiving it otherwise we wont be able to replace) . IF, we are unable to fix the issue the refund will be issued as a store credit. 

IF, you have a sizing issue and want to exchange with another size of the same design. (Inform us within 24 hours of receiving it otherwise we wont be able to replace as there is a risk of the item being worn) 

There is no Return & exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product.

Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

House of Orchid is not responsible for any missing or lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested in the event of an undelivered parcel. If parcel is lost and undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail.

These request will be accepted only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

•    We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders. In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to the customer.

Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

The customer should notify discrepancy within 24 hour of the online order being delivered. House of Orchid will not cater any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.

The current exchange rate maybe be applied on the refund of the items.
